I was so happy with the lovely garden view from my room! the private parking was super convenient. the staff were really courteous and always ready to help. They were excellent! i really enjoyed the hotel swimming pool. It was very well maintained.
the hotel driveway needs some attention, as there are quite a few potholes. it would be great to see this addressed for a smoother arrival experience.

the building have beautiful premises. i found a relaxing seated area outside. the hotel sit back off the road.
the receptionist seemed uninterested when i explained about our stay. i think the hotel could be better for wedding guests and regular guests.

the establishment offers plentiful parking, this is very good. it is near two pubs, this is also a plus. there is also a bar area in the building itself.

The breakfast offered a good selection to start the day. I mean it was alright.
The room was quite warm and stuffy even though it was not summer. The window was small so not a lot could be done about this. I found this irritating.

The room was clean (a plus).
I found a few issues. The shower head was quite low, and I had to duck to wash my hair, which wasn't ideal. the pump on the toilet was noisy and turned on frequently. It disturbed me. I ended up changing rooms because of these problems.

the pool was closed. i had booked partly because of the pool, so its closure was disappointing. also, i noticed a lack of coffee refills during breakfast. i think that affected the experience.
